Paperlog is a personal site. It collects reading notes, short essays about books, and the occasional list of things worth re-reading. There is no team, no comments section and no publishing schedule.
Everything here is written slowly and updated rarely. If a page has not changed in a year, that is because the book has not changed either.
Why paper, why slow
Paper books do not interrupt. They do not glow, buzz or ask to be updated. Reading on paper, with a pencil, is the one part of the day that still runs at walking pace, and I would like to keep it that way.
